Consolidation of Systems

In late 1999, Bryant Distributing Company, a wholesale liquor and imported beers distributor, approached tssiglobal.com about consolidating their 4 System/36’s in 4 locations around Kentucky. tssiglobal.com then proposed an IBM i-series model 270 to do the job. It was installed in a centralized location and all other locations were connected through the internet. Their outdated software was streamlined and rewritten in Native AS400 utilizing the internal database. All locations now share the same software but still maintain their own database. Information and inventory is now easily shared among all locations.
